I first stepped foot in a gym 11 years ago. Since then I've been in a countious challenge to prove to myself that I can go as far as I can in this sport. I competed in 14 fitness competitions out of which I placed Top 3 x 9 times.

 

Out of the 9 x Top 3 placings I was a champion three times.

I know what it means to win, but I also know the sour taste of being defeated. I've been through the process many times, improving my presented package from show to show.

In the last two years I've directed all my knowledge towards helping other passionates just like me, have incredible results when they step on stage. This is how TEAM CTC (Crush The Competition) was born.

In the last two years I've helped over 20 competitors step on stage, most of them for the first time in their lives. I created 6 champions out of which 3 overall champions and 2 athletes that have got their Pro Cards with PCA, one of the biggest federations in the whole of Britain.
